- any requested items can be hung dry
- an extra day of processing time is requested in order to have your items dry
- hung dry items will be folded and placed in a separate bag marked hang dry

- household items such as blankets, duvets, pillows, sleeping bags, bathmats can be included in your order
- any household items will not be weighed but priced individually and added to the total
- please allow an extra day of processing time for household items
Ironing
- any items in your order can be washed and ironed instead of folded
- any ironed items will not be weighed but priced individually and added to the total

Stain Removal
- our professional team has years of experience in stain removal
- mention any nagging stains and we will try to get them out
- although we can’t guarantee removal we can often remove ink, wine, blood, grease and makeup
